    I plan on being really active tomorrow.

    I’m doing my daily walk with my dog, laundry, cleaning up my room, and doing the treadmill.

    Bring it on.

    The weather is finally nice.

    So I started walking. I walked maybe a mile total. With my dog. She’s not huge but she isn’t tiny either so it was a decent walk.

    I also had a salad when I got home. I’ve found that when I am active, I’m more inclined to eat healthy. Not necessarily kicking the junk food or the fatty things, but I’m more inclined to eat meals.

    Hopefully this is the start of something good.

    Ok guys, here’s the update:

    I weighed myself recently. Weighed in at 172 lb.

    I am currently in a size 12 jean.

    My goal:

    Back to 154 (for now)

    Back to size 10 jean.

    Ok, time to crack down again.

    P scare all over, period over, I don’t have the overwhelming urge to eat everything that isn’t nailed down. It’s time to get back on this.

    Not being at home makes for counting my calories a little harder.

    I am staying with my fiance for the weekish. I didn’t think it polite to ask his mom what ingredients she used in her chicken and dumplings. So it looks like I won’t be able to keep a good record of what I’m eating while I’m here.

I am 20 years old and I am classified as "overweight". Because of medications I have been prescribed and a general laziness I have gained a total of 24 lbs in the past 10 months or so.

I plan on losing it, in a healthy and safe way. I am currently at 180 (roughly), my healthy range is between 115 and 154. I want to chronicle my journey, to hopefully inspire the others out there like me that want to lose weight but can't seem to find the motivation.
